Maintenance Contracts
ENT, Inc. offers three types of contract maintenance for your POS system. For rates, contact our Sales Department at 405-767-9609.
POS support begins upon the installation date, for a period of one year. Phone support, on-site service, and repairs are included in the support provided. POS is defined specifically as terminals and the respective wall connection/jack. PCs and networks are supported separately.
** Minimum charge of one (1) hour, plus expenses; to be billed in 15 minute increments accordingly after initial hour. Expenses are defined as possible lodging, meal and travel expenses incurred.
Phone & Remote:
- 24/7 Phone & Remote Service (exception of holidays)
Phone, Remote, Travel (if applicable) & On-site:
- 24/7 Phone & Remote Service (exception of holidays)
- No additional travel charges
- No additional on-site charges
- Labor covered for on-site issues with exception of telecom/networks.
- If you add any equipment then labor is covered. (Special circumstances may be reviewed and adjusted)
- If you have non-Radiant terminals, that equipment will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If you replace a terminal or equipment, charges are applicable; labor is covered under maintenance contract.
- Printers are not replaced under this contract but if a printer goes out, we will provide you a temp printer until we are able to repair your equipment.
- Back of House servers and computers are not covered if not installed by ENT. Such equipment may be covered if ENT specs are met before hand.
Replacement Maintenance:
- 24/7 Phone & Remote Service (exception of holidays)
- No additional travel charges
- No additional on-site charges
- Labor covered for on-site issues with exception of networks. If you have been reviewed based on a network then please see your contract.
- If you add any equipment then labor is covered. (Special circumstances may be applicable)
- Based on number of years signed for and number of terminals, you will have new Radiant or comparable terminals and a new server by the agreed upon completion date, specified in contract agreements. All labor charges are covered under the maintenance contract.
- Printers are not replaced under this contract but if a printer goes out, we will provide you a temp printer until we are able to repair your equipment.
Back of House servers and computers are not covered if not installed by ENT. Such equipment may be covered if ENT specs are met before hand. A new server will be provided to you based on individual site specs, reviews and contracts. |
