POS Emergency Support Services

POS support begins upon the installation date, for a period of one year. Phone support, on-site service, and repairs are included in the support provided. POS is defined specifically as terminals and the respective wall connection/jack. PCs and networks are supported separately.

ENT provides three types of support: phone support, remote support and on-site support. For rates for non-contracted support, contact our Sales Department

* Between the hours of 10 p.m. – 8 a.m., we will provide service for emergencies only. An emergency is defined as a problem that cannot be resolved by client’s open of business the following day. We do not provide service over holidays.

** Minimum charge of one (1) hour, plus expenses; to be billed in 15 minute increments accordingly after initial hour. Expenses are defined as possible lodging, meal and travel expenses incurred.
